Alemtiaz was founded in 2015 as Al Emtiaz Al Kuwaiti for Logistic Services, with a clear focus from day one on the supply and maintenance of power generators. As the business and the trust of its customers grew, the company expanded step by step and today operates as a group of specialised companies serving the energy, oil and gas, construction and power supply sectors.
The company is an approved supplier to Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) and Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC), is registered with the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Kuwaiti ministries and Qatar Petroleum, and operates under commercial registration number 356667. These approvals and registrations reflect our commitment to the quality, safety and compliance requirements set by government bodies and energy companies.
Since its founding the company has worked in the oil services sector, supplying equipment and services to Kuwait Oil Company and to the contractors working in its fields. In 2016 the group grew further, adding construction activities and engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) work to serve exploration and production projects and civil works.
Power generators remain the activity the company started with, and they still lead it today. We offer new and used diesel generators for sale, generators for short-term and long-term rental, scheduled and emergency maintenance, and generator spare parts. Brands we supply include Eicher and Cooper, and we help each customer choose the right capacity for the site and the way it will be used. Our team combines generator expertise with experience on oil and gas sites, so we understand what industrial sites require in terms of safety, continuous operation and equipment readiness.
For rental we commit to delivery, installation and commissioning within 24 hours anywhere in Kuwait, our emergency maintenance team responds within 24 hours, and we send quotations within an hour during working hours. Engineering, construction and maintenance
HOT Engineering & Construction Co. KSCC (HOTECC) was established in 1974 as a Kuwaiti multi-disciplined engineering, construction and maintenance company serving oil and gas, industrial, civil infrastructure and building projects, as well as heavy equipment rental and non-destructive testing (NDT) services.
Logistics, warehousing and manpower
Alemtiaz established Emtiaz Logistics Services (ELS) to provide logistical support to oil and gas operations and to group customers across different sectors.
Drilling rig transportation and heavy lifting
Swanberg Kuwait is a joint venture between Alemtiaz and Swanberg Global Inc. of the USA, established to provide drilling rig transportation and related services in the State of Kuwait.
Specialised oilfield technical services
Alemtiaz Oilfield Services is wholly owned by Alemtiaz and was established to provide specialised technical services to the oil and gas sector in Kuwait.
Drilling and workover services
Sinopec Gulf Petroleum Services (SGPS) is a joint venture owned 51% by Alemtiaz and 49% by Sinopec International Petroleum Service Company, established to carry out drilling, workover and oil services through a strategic alliance between the two partners.
Aviation fuelling and technical services
Alemtiaz established the International Aviation Technical Group (IATG) in 2009 to provide operation and maintenance services for aviation fuelling systems and equipment, together with advisory, auditing and training services in line with international standards.
