Service areas

Do you cover every area of Kuwait?

Yes. Our head office is in East Ahmadi, Block 9, Street 344, Building 163, and from there we serve every governorate in Kuwait for rental, sales, maintenance and spare parts. We deliver, install and commission generators within 24 hours of quotation approval, whether the site is in the city, on a farm or out in the desert.

Alemtiaz Kuwaiti is an Ahmadi-based company, founded in 2015, that rents, sells and maintains diesel generators, serving farms, chalets, factories and oil sites across Kuwait.

What are the most common uses in each area?

Power needs vary from one area to another, and our experience tells us what each type of site requires:

Farms in Wafra, Abdali and Kabd

Farms need generators to run irrigation pumps, lighting, living quarters and livestock sheds, often for long periods away from the grid. What matters here is the ability to handle pump starting currents, together with diesel tanks and refuelling. On farms we recommend reviewing loads before summer, as running pumps and air conditioning together at peak heat sharply raises the demand on the generator. More detail on our farm generators page.

Chalets and camps in Khiran and Subiya

Demand peaks in the season and on holidays, and chalet and camp owners need a quiet generator that can carry air conditioning and lighting. We help you choose the right size and period through our chalet and camp generators page.

Industrial areas in Shuwaikh, Subhan and Mina Abdullah

Factories, workshops and warehouses need standby power that cannot fail, and regular maintenance contracts to keep it ready. See our solutions on the industrial generators page.

Oil sites around Ahmadi and Al Zour

We have worked with the oil sector since 2015 and are an approved supplier to KOC, KNPC and KIPIC. We supply trailer-mounted generators with diesel tanks for mobile sites. More on our oil and gas generators page.

What information helps us serve your site quickly?

The clearer the details from the start, the faster and more accurate the preparation. When you contact us, send:

• The site location on Google Maps, or the area, block and street.
• The type of site: farm, chalet, factory, construction site or oil site.
• The equipment the generator will run, or a photo of the distribution board.
• The expected duration, and whether the site needs a fuel tank or trailer.
• Any site access requirements, such as permits for industrial and oil areas.

Does service time depend on how far away the area is?

We deliver, install and commission within 24 hours anywhere in Kuwait, and our emergency maintenance service reaches you within 24 hours, with a mobile workshop that comes to your site. Send your location through the quotation request form and we will reply within an hour during working hours.

With our base in Ahmadi we are close to the oil, industrial and farming sites of southern Kuwait, yet we schedule deliveries and maintenance in the north and centre with the same care, so the level of service does not change with the area.
